Scientists have regarded Ganoderma lucidum as a top-grade Chinese medicine since ancient times. Using research publications such as Shennong's Materia Medica, Compendium of Materia Medica, along with more modern scientific research at home and abroad, one can summarize

the characteristics of Ganoderma as follows:

  • Non-toxic,

  • Has a broad effect

  • Strengthens the body

  • Removes evil spirits

Long-term consumption of Ganoderma lucidum does not hurt the body.

1. A look at Ganoderma lucidum in terms of modern sciences:

扶正祛邪於同步

Ganoderma lucidum as an Adaptogen

In the 1970s, Dr. Israel Brekhman, a researcher at the National Academy of Sciences of the Soviet Union, put forward the concept of adaptogen.

To be called an adaptogen, every product must satisfy the following three conditions set by the World Medical Association.

  1. Non-toxic, no side effects. (Non-toxic)

  2. Broad effect, its effect is not limited to specific organs and organs (Non-specific)

  3. Normalizes the functions of the body

Normalization can regulate and stimulate the whole body to achieve homeostasis and improve self-curative power or self-healing ability.

Ganoderma Lucidum fits these three conditions to be called an adaptogen. In practice, it is the opposite of the "dose-determining toxicity" of Western medicine, but has "dose-determining efficacy". The efficacy of Ganoderma Lucidum is directly proportional to its dosage, that is, small doses and small doses result in improved health care, medium doses facilitate assisted self-healing, and large can often save lives.

2. A look at Ganoderma Lucidum in terms of Chinese medicine:

As per Chinese medicine, Ganoderma lucidum strengthens the body and removes evil spirits.

Ganoderma lucidum is unmatched in its medicinal properties. Ganoderma lucidum can be eaten at any time regardless of region, climate, race, physique, and gender. Ganoderma lucidum is beneficial for children, and can be prescribed for animals as well.

Chinese medicine defines the COVID-19 pandemic as a plague, and has thousands of years of clinical experience in fighting the plague. The General Hospital of Taiwan's Armed Forces can use Chinese medicine to treat patients with coronary pneumonia. Chinese medicine is very effective in controlling and eradicating diseases. In the prevention and control of the entire epidemic in mainland China, Chinese medicine has been fully deployed, and has achieved word class results that have attracted global attention. You can add Ganoderma lucidum to almost any Chinese prescription, to greatly enhance the curative effect. Ganoderma lucidum is effective in curing any side-effects as well. In the post-epidemic period, the general public, although they do not understand the workings of traditional Chinese medicine, can still consume Ganoderma Lucidum. Consume any brand of Ganoderma Lucidum you like as long as it is quality Ganoderma Fruiting Body preparation. Alternatively, boil pieces of Ganoderma Lucidum in water and consume the decoction. Consumption can also be based on the body condition of every person. For example, Ganoderma Lucidum + propolis, or Ganoderma Lucidum + vitamin C, or Ganoderma Llucidum + different natural treatments are beneficial and have no side effects.

As the epidemic continues to spread today, in addition to the necessary exogenous epidemic prevention measures, the most important thing to consider is how righteous one is internally, and how to strengthen and improve one's self-healing ability. (Medcatrix) [Note 1] It is the absolute principle.  Ganoderma Lucidum is universally effectivel. As far as the prevention and treatment of the coronavirus is concerned, Ganoderma Lucidum can strengthen and regulate immunity (at the same time enhance non-specific immune function) [Note 2] immune function and specific immune function [Note] 3]). In addition, it can also induce the body to produce Interferon [Note 4], which can inhibit the proliferation of the virus in the body, and drive the virus out of the body (the evil spirits go out) without harming the body.

3. Precautions:

Ganoderma lucidum has good blood circulation effect. Therefore, it is not suitable for consumption if there is a large amount of blood due to trauma, or two days before and after surgery.

4. Disadvantages

    1. Chinese medicine is not eligible for medical insurance and reimbursement.

    2. People still doubt the excellent effects of Ganoderma lucidum

5. Who does not need to eat Ganoderma Lucidum?

    1. Those who have become immortals.

    2. Those that do not understand or believe in its curative power.

6. Conclusion

to maintain good health and be immune to infection.

[Note 1] Self-healing power:

This is the essential feature of life for self-generation, self-replication, self-renewal, self-regulation, self-healing, and self-adaptation.

All organisms (including microorganisms) have the above six selves.

[Note 2] Nonspecific immunity:

Also known as innate immunity or innate immunity, it is the normal physiological defense of the body against a variety of pathogens.

The immune response varies with the level of invasion of microorganisms and foreign bodies Non-specific immunity lasts a lifetime and can beat a multitude of pathogens.

[Note 3] Specific immune

Function: Also known as acquired immunity or adaptive immunity, this kind of immunity only targets one specific pathogen. Acquired infection (cure or asymptomatic infection) or artificial vaccination (vaccination, vaccine, toxoid, immunoglobulin, etc.) are acquired through immunization, which enables the body to resist infection. Specific immunity is formed after the stimulation of antigens such as microorganisms (immunoglobulin, immune lymphocytes), and can react specifically with the antigen.

[Note 4] Interferon:

In 1957, British researchers Alick Isaacs and Jean Lindenmann discovered that when cells are infected by a virus, the immune system produces a certain protein to transmit messages between cells, which interfere with the replication and proliferation of the virus. At the same time, it notifies neighboring normal cells to increase alertness. This protein is called Interferon. Interferon is usually not detectable in normal tissues or serum, but after being infected with a virus to initiate an immune response, the body automatically secretes this protein. The amount of secretion varies from person to person. The current medical interferons are all artificially synthesized, and the methods include stimulating human white blood cells for production and purification, chemical synthesis, and genetic engineering. Among all interferons, the most commonly used is IFN-α, which has achieved remarkable results in cancer immunotherapy. However, artificially synthesized interferons can cause toxic side effects, unlike the interferon produced and secreted by the body itself.
